It's official. You are my HERO! Thank you for providing the perfect solution to my uncomfortable, poor air quality and high dollar energy cost existence. What a difference a few hours can make when you are leading the charge. The overall comfort level in the house is exceptional and my allergies immediately improved. I heard your advertisement on the radio and, based on your comments, I chose your company to install additional installation in my attic.
The insulation was installed today and, due to the experience, I felt compelled to send this letter to you, to advise that it was an excellent job, at a competitive price.
I was also extremely impressed with both of the technicians, who were professional in appearance, arrived on time, and did a thorough and clean job. Mike Albright was the lead in charge. Mike communicated very effectively, with a friendly, thoughtful, and pleasant demeanor. He also made me feel at ease by explaining what he was going to do and asking if I had any questions. If I hadn't known from the person who did the bid that your company had just recently begun installing blown insulation, I would have thought from the job Mike did that you were one of the most experienced in town.

To Whom It May Concern:
I recently purchased an existing home, 2+ years old. This is a 2-story home with two air units. Prior to closing the inspector found a problem with the air conditioning system that had to be repaired before the bank would fund my loan, which was scheduled to close in 2 days. My first thought was a costly replacement system.
I contacted Avery Air Conditioning on a Saturday afternoon. Jeremy came out on Sunday morning and repaired the problem. While working on one unit, he discovered a problem with the second unit, which he repaired in the same service call.
What I thought would be an expensive replacement cost was resolved in a very reasonable repair cost, less than $255.00!!
Due to neglect of maintenance of the units in the past, there will be some kind of replacement need next year. For now, though I am comfortable and cool. When it comes time to consider replacement, I will call Avery.

AVERY AIR CONDITIONING TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD DESIGN AN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM THAT WOULD PAY FOR ITSELF IN 3 YEARS. THAT I WOULD HAVE BILLS SIMILAR TO THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY IF I WOULD DO WHAT THEY SAID. I DID WHAT THEY SAID DO AND MY BILL DROPPED FROM 350.00 IN 1999 TO 117.00 IN THE HOTTEST PART OF THE SUMMER OF 2000. MY HIGHEST HEATING BILL WAS 70.00 IN THE WINTER.
MY HEATING BILL DID NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPPLE LIKE MOST PEOPLE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE GAS HEAT. IT LOOKS LIKE THE SYSTEM WILL BE PAID FOR IN 3 YEARS.

To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent work performed b the technicians that were sent to my home on Saturday, April 12th, to install a 4-ton Amana heat pump. The technicians names are Robert, Lead Tech, Certo, and Gambino.
This install turned out to be extremely challenging as numerous obstacles kept cropping up. First, the unit would not fit through the gate in my fence. I made the necessary adjustments to the gate, and fence, and the unit was able to get to its location in the back yard. The next problem was that the existing wiring from inside my home to the outside units location would not work, so Robert figured out how to run new wiring into the home and ran it right away. After that Robert was testing the existing copper lines from the outside unit to the inside one and found that the tubing had a leak that could not be reached to be fixed. He then made the decision to run new tubing and made arrangements to get the material delivered. The new tubing was installed right after delivery and very well done. The next issue was that Robert tried to use the existing thermostat wiring to put the new thermostat in but could not get it working despite herculean effort. He then asked if the thermostat could be located upstairs and I readily agreed, and this was done immediately.
I must tell you that despite all these difficulties, all three of your employees remained courteous and respectful, without a hing of any frustration presented to me, or my family at any time. Also realize that they showed up at 9am that morning, (exactly on time), and the final steps were conducted at 10:30pm that evening. A very long day for these men, but never anything but a smile and reassurances that the job would be done. The work was performed, and a very professional installation I must say.
By the way, even at 10:30pm as Robert was going over the paperwork needing to be signed, his presentation was calm, collected, and I was never rushed, despite wanting to read through each item I was signing.
All Three of these employees are incredible assets to the Avery company, and I can't praise them enough for their great work. Please be sure they are made aware of the appreciation and admiration I have for them.
By the way I am in a service industry myself, Telecommunications, and can really appreciate what these men went through.
Feel free to use me at any time for a reference. This is despite even realizing any saving yet from the system installed.

Just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the new system you installed last August for me. For the past 3 years our electricity bill were never under $100.00 and during the summer months they were anywhere from $300.00 to $500.00. I am happy to say I just paid my first bill over $100.00 since last September. It was $107.00 for the month of jUne, I had 2 months where I did not have a bill at all because of a rebate back from the electric company of $107.00 in December. I also wanted to let you know that the installation crew was great, very professional, polite, neat, and clean. I wish we had done this 3 years earlier. We would have paid for the unit in savings on the electric bill.

Just a note to let you know that as far as I can tell our installation when well and the system seems to be working fine. The crew made a great improvement in where the air handler and furnace in the attic was placed (provided a lot more access space). Also, installation of the additional air return at the ceiling in our laundry should help cool down that area during summer months.
I was very happy with your crew (jose Gabino, and Geovanny). However, I must say that they seemed awfully tired even when they first arrived but they did not complain or make any excuses. They just when ahead and did a great job! I hope you are not overworking your installation crews.

I just wanted to say how glad that we contacted Avery at a time when Avery was expanding into new phases of energy-efficent opportunities. Our experience with Avery became a “one-stop shopping†experience, thus alleviating a lot of time looking for additional contractors to satisfy our needs of making our home more energy efficient.
I want to commend the dedication of Kevin Norris in making the installation of our replacement windows worry free for us. He takes a great deal of pride in his work. He wants to do a good job and only to please customer, but he also sets high standard for himself. I found him to be easy to work with, very personable and very meticulous about his work whether it was installing the windows or cleaning up after himself. He was always attentive to our concerns in the installation and answered all of our questions professionally.
During the furnace ductwork replacement and insulation replacement, I was impressed as to how organized and how efficiently a crew of six men worked together. Each individual knew exactly what his responsibility was and completed each whether the work was being done inside or outside our home. When the job was completed, I was amazed as to the high quality of cleanup. A vacuum was used in the hallway removing all the debris which had dropped from the attic leaving the area very clean and uncluttered while the rest of the crew cleaned up the front yard from the old ductwork. I didn't have to go back and do a thoroughly cleaning inside or outside.
I am so pleased with the work that Avery has done in our home that I would not hesitate in recommending Avery Air Conditioning to anyone.

I just had to write to thank you for the exceptional service provided by you r company. We had been living with a 26 year old unit that hadn't even worked consistently for 2-3 years. Your representative, Don Norris, came out to my house two days after I called and spent well over an hour and a half measuring and making calculations to determine what would best meet our needs. He was not only very knowledgeable but very thorough in his explanations so I could make an educated decision. Four days later the technicians arrived and had my old system completely removed and the new system installed. Everyone was courteous, friendly and considerate of the property. There was absolutely no cleaning up on my part after they left. I must say that in all the years that I have been involved in multiple building projects that I have never dealt with a contractor that has exhibited as much honesty, integrity and exceptional service as Avery Air Conditioning. It's refreshing to see a business that takes pride in performing their services to this level of excellence. I will definitely refer everyone that I talk to that needs A/C service to you. Thanks again.

A few weeks ago I had my first contact with your company by meeting your salesman Billy Till. It was an excellent experience as most people today do not care if they are late or prompt. I could have set my clock on his punctuality. I bought a seer 14 Amana system from him at the end of meeting.
I had a meeting scheduled with a friend from Russia and I needed the system installed by late in the afternoon. Your technicians Craig McGee and his associates were able to install the cooling and heating system so it worked flawlessly. His team cleaned up after themselves so one would have to look in the attic to see that they had left the area in better shape than when the house was built twelve years ago.
Lastly your team did a wonderful job in installing insulation last Friday. Alvin and his partner did an outstanding job.
Needless to say I will recommend your company to others in the future.

I can't tell you enough on how pleased I was and am with Avery Air Conditioning, I was extremely impressed with the integrity of the company. They did everything they stated when they stated and did not leave until we were 100% satisfied.
The service tech's were quick knowledgeable and very polite. They did their work with proficiency and cleaned up behind them. From the salesman and sales manager; to the tech's and right through to the office staff, everyone seemed so eager to please.
Our unit both outside and in the attic was 15 years old, and we had been “band-aiding†the system for several years. We had three different companies come in to give us quotes. Avery was not the lowest, but I was so impressed with what I said right from the start, that my husband and I decided to go with them. It was the right choice, and I am very happy with our system.
Unfortunately, it has become a rare thing when a contractor does what they promise. Avery is the exception. Not only did I want a great system but I wanted to work with a company I could trust especially since they will be servicing the unit for years to come(yearly checkups) Avery is that company.

I wanted to drop you a note about the guys who came out to finish the install on my system. Tony got here first and brought the new metal channel with him. The channel will work just right and I appreciate you getting it for me. As for Tony, he did a great job and it looks really good.
A short time after Tony arrived and started working, the guys arrived to do the blown in insulation. I apologize but I forgot their names. They did a good job, too.
After Tony and the insulation guys were done Gary shows up and Timo shortly after him. They both did a really good job.
Overall, these guys worked like clockwork together. There wasn't a single wasted minute and they showed up at just the right time to keep from running over each others job. Their jobs were done in a professional manner and they were kind enough to put up with all my questions. These guys were very informative and I learned a lot about my new system, new insulation (how often to re-do it, why not to build it up around the plenum), and even picked up some new ideas on tools (which Tony was using) and woodworking tips (from Gary and Timo).
If you would, please pass on my “thanks!†to each of these guys for a job well done. My heating system works great. I'll find out about the cooling system once our typical Texas summer sets in.
Thank you for your help during this process. Considering my concerns about the original install guys and their job, you and the above listed guys made up for it and made Avery look really good.

Last week a crew of five young men, led by “LaDanâ€, came into our home and installed two new HVAC units. I've never seen such a diverse group of young men move in such a choreographed way. They were able to install both units in that one day.
Today's crew was led by Marvin. Again, his crew knew their assigned duties and went to work immediately, to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
All eight young men are a GREAT asset to your business and represent you and your company with fantastic pride.

You are truly a remarkable company. Your sales representative was knowledgeable and willing to provide whatever information we needed to make a responsible decision about our system or its replacement. We elected to replace our 12 year old system with a new dual speed system. You promised to rebalance the air delivery and modify the ductwork and you did and made the house far more comfortable than it has ever been since its construction in 1997. The non excitant noise level of the unit is remarkable. The installers were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. Their concern for our comfort during the installation process was appreciated.
During the installation or insulation process, someone accidentally stepped on the sheetrock and caused a minor fracture in the ceiling under the HVAC unit which we did not notice until several weeks later. I called and you scheduled a time to come and take care of the ceiling. True to your promise, the crew arrived on time this morning, repaired the ceiling, textured the hairline breaks and painted the effected area. As I look at the ceiling, it is difficult to tell where the fracture was and the paint (12 years old and sitting in our garage) is a perfect match. Truly remarkable. But that is what you promise--integrity.
And all this is possible because you really care about the people you serve and train your staff to reflect that commitment.
